Recent Announcements:

The HPCC will be unavailable on Wednesday, January 5th to perform routine firmware and software updates to improve stability and performance of the systems. We will implement a new, high performance firewall and the next phase of our migration to the MSU Science DMZ will be completed. All interactive access will be disabled (including SSH, OpenOnDemand, Globus Online endpoints, and SMB) and jobs that would overlap this maintenance window will not run. Please contact ICER https://contact.icer.…
15-12-2021 - Some users may currently be experiencing issues when attempting to mount their home directories remotely via NFS or Samba. We are working to resolve the underlying issue and return service to all users as quickly as possible, and will provide additional updates here as available. 17-12-2021 - Work on NFS and SMB are complete at this time, however, please let us know if you experience any issues mounting your home directory via NFS or SMB.
On 06-13-2021 at 9pm EST we will be performing updates to the gpfs software on the following development nodes: dev-intel14 dev-intel14-k20 dev-intel16 dev-intel16-k80 dev-amd20 dev-amd20-v100 The updates take up to 30 minutes per node, but we will be doing many of these in parallel. All systems should be back in production by 11pm EST.  Update: updates have been partially completed on the dev nodes and additional updates will be completed during the upcoming January maintenance.
